Located on the water at the beautiful Wellington Marina, River Dais is a cozy holiday home that comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Wellington Marina is just over an hour travel from Adelaide and is a great place to take long walks through the local native gardens, Pangarinda Botanic Garden.
The Space
River Dais has 3 spacious bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The dining area overlooks the lawns and water, with sliding doors providing easy access to the deck where you can watch the sunset while enjoying the panoramic canal view. Laundry amenities and a BBQ are also provided. The yard is fully fenced, making it a safe space for children to play.
Guest Access
A brand new public boat ramp and car park is located only 150 m from the property. So you are welcome to bring your own watercraft and enjoy the safety of the Wellington Marina or adventure into the River Murray for water skiing, sailing, jet ski or boating

Welcome to your “home away from home” This spacious 4 bedroom home is perfectly tailored to race teams and motorsport enthusiasts looking at attending events at the Bend Motorsport Park, just 15 minutes away.
The Space
As you step inside you will be greeted by a spacious living area and study, leading to the open plan dining room and fully-equipped kitchen.
All four bedrooms are a generous size with built in robes, providing a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms share a large bathroom that has both a bath and a shower with a separate toilet. Ducted heating / cooling throughout the house ensures a comfortable stay. The laundry comes with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The large, undercover, outdoor entertaining area is the perfect place to sit back and relax after a thrilling day at the track.
